BioPhase® can be used in monitoring of changes in morphology of individual cells in colony, for e.g. label-free time-lapse analysis of cells growth to understand the effect of stimuli on cell growth in a colony in real-time.

BioPhase® software is used to output 3D volume maps and 1D cross-cuts through the colony showing temporal changes in height of individual cells, their volume and footprint.
