For OEMs aiming at using value added solutions to extend measurement capabilities on existing machines or for development of new 3D surface analysis systems, PhaseView offers designs of its surface analysis systems associated with a Software Development Kits (SDK) of GetPhase®, including third parties data handling software (LabView, MatLab, Excel) capabilities. GetPhase® SDK provides OEM's with necessary software functions for visualizing digital images and processing them to obtain 3D surface topography information in a customized system for specific applications.

PhaseView offers both turnkey and OEM versions as well as to ease integration in automated inspections systems. SurPhase HS® is an OEM sensor from PhaseView that allows very fast 3D measurement for the shop floor or in line production. Roughness with Ra below 1nm or profiles up to 400 μm height can be measured in less than 1 second for 1M measurement points, with high accuracy and repeatability.
