The customizable WaveGauge® optics testing system performs optics visual defect analysis and aberration measurement with the full CCD resolution. Thanks to highly flexible capabilities and modular design of optics characterization systems based on DWC®, PhaseView offers customized solutions for the Lab, shop floor or production line matching customer requirements for off-the shelf system price. PhaseView customized solutions include various adaptations to optics size, N.A., complex shape, etc. for a wide range of applications: contact Lens, multifocal IOL's, aspherics, micro lenses, IR optics, X-Ray optics, in transmission or reflection settings. WaveGauge® offers simultaneous visualization of intensity & wavefront at full CCD camera resolution. Available at competitive pricing, the system contains specially designed light source, customizable lens manipulation stage, focalization optics and PhaseView's Digital Wavefront Camera®. Very high dynamic range coupled with full camera resolution make WaveGauge® capable of producing highly repeatable measurements of both low-order and high-order aberrations for any complex lens design, laboratory and in production facilities. Thanks to its adjustable magnification, users can use WaveGauge® to measure a vide variety of spherical and aspheric lenses in reflection (molds, reflective optics) and transmission (aspheres, IOLs, contact lenses) configurations. It can be adapted to measurements of optics in other than visible spectra, by using digital cameras selected by PhaseView or user's cameras, upgraded by PhaseView to perform both video & wavefront imaging in one device. For OEMs aiming at using value added solutions to extend measurement capabilities on existing machines or for development of new optics testing systems, PhaseView offers its compact Digital Wavefront Cameras associated with a powerful Software Development Kit (SDK) of GetWave®, including third parties data handling software capabilities.
